general

Artist has the right to decline projects based on factors such as content, deadlines, or personal health issues. Artist will NOT draw fetish work, hate speech, extreme violence, or real people. Artist will NOT use AI in any part of the art process. All artwork will have a watermark attached. All clients must be of legal age (18+) to be able to commission.

payment

Slots are first-come, first-serve basis.Commissions must be paid 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.Payments must be first completed before file delivery.Commission will be terminated if the client breaches terms of service or if the artist has not communicated for over three (3) weeks. Termination will also take effect if client fails to pay or delays payment to an unreasonable degree. Once the commission begins, cancellations are not permitted and refunds are not applicable unless initiated by the artist or by the client's valid explanation.

revisions

Clients will get the opportunity to ask for changes on the piece until the lined art is finalized. An additional fee will be added if the client would want something changed or altered on the final product.

contact

Artist and client will maintain ongoing communication such as updates, feedback, and discussion. If available, client must be able to use discord for communication purposes. Artist must update within seven (7) days to report delays, send progress reports, and ensure active progression; if no updates occur above seven (7) days, client may request an update.

copyrights

Artist will retain all copyrights and intellectual ownership rights over the commissioned work.Client may use work for personal use (wallpapers, stream schedule, profile banners, etc.) but must credit the artist.Commercial use covers the use of work on streams (such as; starting soon, brb, ending screen, art panels, etc., as well as videos in cover art, lore videos, thumbnails, and so on.) and other instances of digital content in monetized instances.Merchandise use is to use the completed commission on physical prints or reselling.Commercial and promotional rights are prohibited towards all NFT use and AI training, transfer, and redistribution.
